Cubil 100mg Tablet is a combination medication containing two active ingredients: Sacubitril & Valsartan. Sacubitril is a neprilysin inhibitor, while Valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB). This tablet is prescribed for the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) in adults. Sacubitril works by inhibiting neprilysin, which leads to increased levels of natriuretic peptides, while Valsartan blocks the angiotensin II receptor, resulting in vasodilation and reduced blood pressure.

Uses:

Cubil 100mg Tablet is used for the treatment of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) in adults. It is indicated to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization for heart failure. Sacubitril/valsartan combination therapy improves symptoms, reduces the risk of heart failure progression, and enhances overall survival in patients with HFrEF.

Dosage:
