Uses:

Lanzofix 30mg Capsule is indicated for the following conditions:

• Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): To relieve symptoms such as heartburn, acid reflux, and regurgitation caused by excessive stomach acid.
• Peptic Ulcer Disease: To promote healing and prevent recurrence of peptic ulcers in the stomach or duodenum.
• Erosive Esophagitis: To treat inflammation and erosion of the esophageal lining caused by stomach acid.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: To manage excessive stomach acid production associated with this rare disorder.

Mechanism of Action:

Lansoprazole works by irreversibly binding to and inhibiting the hydrogen-potassium adenosine triphosphatase (H+/K+ ATPase) enzyme system in the gastric parietal cells. This blocks the final step of acid production, leading to a decrease in gastric acid secretion.

Administration:
