Precautions

Clozapine requires regular blood tests throughout treatment, because it can affect the white blood cells that fight infection – keep every appointment and report any fever, sore throat or signs of infection at once. Never stop it suddenly. Tell your doctor about severe constipation, which needs prompt attention.
