These Terms and Conditions govern your use of khasmart.pk and any order you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Khasmart is an online pharmacy and general store operating in Pakistan since 2020, holding a licence issued by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP). Where these terms say "we", "us" or "Khasmart", they mean the operator of khasmart.pk.

2. Who may use this website

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate and complete. Orders placed on behalf of another person remain your responsibility.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

4. Medicines and prescriptions

Prescription-only medicines are supplied strictly against a valid prescription issued by a registered medical practitioner. When an item requires a prescription, you must upload a clear copy of it before we can dispatch your order. Our pharmacy staff review every prescription order and may contact you to confirm details.

We may refuse or cancel any order, in whole or in part, where:

  • a required prescription is missing, unclear, expired or appears altered;
  • the quantity requested is not clinically appropriate;
  • the medicine is controlled, restricted or cannot lawfully be supplied by distance sale;
  • we have reason to believe the order is not for genuine personal or family use.

Prescriptions and related records are handled confidentially and are visible only to authorised pharmacy staff.

5. Medical disclaimer

Product information on this website — including descriptions, uses and general guidance — is provided for information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified doctor or pharmacist. Always read the manufacturer’s leaflet supplied with the product. Never start, stop or change a medicine based on information found on this website alone. If you experience a side effect or a medical emergency, contact a healthcare professional immediately.

6. Product information, availability and pricing

We work to keep product details, images, packaging and prices accurate, but manufacturers change packaging and formulations from time to time, and errors can occur. Product images are illustrative; the pack you receive may differ in appearance.

All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Prices and availability may change without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly or becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a partial dispatch or a refund of that item.

7. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we confirm dispatch. Until then we may decline it — for example where stock is unavailable, a prescription requirement is unmet, the delivery address is outside our service area, or we cannot verify the order by phone.

We may attempt to confirm orders by phone, SMS or WhatsApp using the number you provide. Please make sure your contact number is correct and reachable, as unconfirmed orders may be cancelled.

8. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include cash on delivery, bank transfer and debit or credit card. Where a payment method carries a surcharge or a discount, the adjusted total is shown at checkout before you place the order. Card payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

9. Delivery

We deliver to the cities and areas listed at checkout. Delivery timelines given on the website are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Please check your parcel at the time of delivery. If an item is missing, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it.

10. Returns, cancellations and refunds

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, returns are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

For reasons of patient safety and pharmacy regulation, medicines, temperature-sensitive products, opened personal-care items and items with broken seals cannot be returned once they have left our custody, unless the product is damaged, expired, or not what you ordered. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, or by bank transfer for cash-on-delivery orders.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to place fraudulent or repeatedly refused orders, to resell medicines without authorisation, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to scrape or copy our catalogue at scale, or to post abusive, misleading or unlawful content in reviews or messages. We may remove content and restrict access where these rules are broken.

12. Reviews and submitted content

If you post a review or submit content, you confirm it is your own honest experience and you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on the website. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, promotional, or that gives medical advice to other customers.

13. Intellectual property

The Khasmart name, logo, website design, text and compiled product data are our property or are used under licence, and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Brand names and manufacturer images remain the property of their respective owners.

14. Privacy

We collect and use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Health-related information, including prescriptions, is treated as confidential and is accessible only to authorised staff for the purpose of fulfilling and verifying your order.

15. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Subject to that, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your failure to follow a prescriber’s instructions or the manufacturer’s leaflet.

16. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier shortages, internet or power outages, natural events, strikes or government action.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
