MUPIROCIN
Mupirocin is an antibiotic ointment or cream used on the skin to treat bacterial infections such as impetigo. It is applied directly to the affected area.

Precautions
Apply mupirocin only for the time your doctor advises, as overusing topical antibiotics can lead to resistance. Wash your hands before and after, unless treating the hands. See a doctor if the infection spreads or does not improve within the advised time.
