CANDESARTAN CILEXETILL
Candesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure. It is taken once a day and also helps in heart failure.

Precautions
Stand up slowly when you first start or increase the dose. Your doctor may check kidney function and potassium from time to time. Candesartan must not be taken during pregnancy – tell your doctor straight away if you become pregnant or plan to.
