Precautions

It is given only on obstetric advice, with the timing in pregnancy chosen carefully, and it is not suitable for every pregnancy. Tell your doctor about any history of blood clots, liver disease or high blood pressure. Report calf pain or swelling, severe headache, breathlessness or yellowing of the eyes at once.
