Precautions:

Symptoms include agitation, hallucinations, rapid heart rate, fever, excessive sweating, shivering, trembling, muscle stiffness, twitching, loss of coordination, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
- Liver Function: Patients with liver impairment should use Ciniqua 60mg Capsule with caution, as Duloxetine metabolism may be altered in such individuals. Dosage adjustment may be necessary.
- Renal Function: No dosage adjustment is required in patients with renal impairment, but cautious use is recommended.
- Glaucoma: Duloxetine may increase intraocular pressure, so patients with narrow-angle glaucoma should use this medication cautiously.
- Pregnancy and Lactation: The safety of Duloxetine during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been established. It should only be used if the potential benefits outweigh the risks.
