Dowcoxia 60mg Tablet containing 60mg of etoricoxib. It belongs to the class of medications known as nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).

Description:

Dowcoxia tablets contain etoricoxib as the active ingredient. Etoricoxib works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), which is involved in the production of prostaglandins. By reducing the levels of prostaglandins, etoricoxib helps to decrease inflammation, pain, and swelling.

Uses:

Dowcoxia tablets are commonly used to relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and gouty arthritis. They may also be prescribed for the short-term management of acute pain, such as that following dental procedures or musculoskeletal injuries.
