Migril Tablet is a combination medication containing three active ingredients: cyclizine, ergotamine & caffeine. Cyclizine is an antihistamine that helps relieve nausea and vomiting associated with migraine attacks. Ergotamine is a vasoconstrictor that constricts blood vessels in the brain, thereby alleviating migraine headaches. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant that enhances the effects of ergotamine and helps to relieve headache symptoms.
Indications:
Migril Tablet is indicated for the treatment of acute migraine attacks with or without aura.
Dosage and Administration:
- The usual dosage is one Migril Tablet taken at the onset of a migraine attack.
- If necessary, a second tablet may be taken after 30 minutes.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosage of two tablets in 24 hours unless directed by a healthcare professional.
Precautions:
- Migril Tablet should not be used for prophylaxis (prevention) of migraine attacks.
- Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery if you experience drowsiness or dizziness while taking this medication.
- Do not consume alcohol while taking Migril Tablet, as it may increase the risk of side effects.

Contraindications:
