Precautions

Headaches are common when starting and usually settle. Stand up slowly, as it can lower blood pressure. If chest pain does not ease as expected, treat it as an emergency. Never combine nitrates with medicines for erectile dysfunction, as together they can dangerously drop blood pressure.
