Uses of Isoket 10mg injection

Isoket 10mg injection is used for:

  • Support in some heart failure, on a doctor’s advice

Side Effects

Like all medicines, Isoket 10mg injection can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:

  • Headache, especially at first
  • Flushing
  • Dizziness

Tell your doctor if a side effect is severe or does not go away.

Precautions

Headaches are common when starting and usually settle. Stand up slowly, as it can lower blood pressure. If chest pain does not ease as expected, treat it as an emergency. Never combine nitrates with medicines for erectile dysfunction, as together they can dangerously drop blood pressure.

Tell your doctor about any other medicines or supplements you take, any allergies, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
