Precautions
Your doctor will arrange liver blood tests before and during treatment, as agomelatine can affect the liver – report yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine or unusual tiredness at once. It can take a few weeks to feel the benefit. Do not drink alcohol while taking it.
