Precautions
Take dexibuprofen with food and use the lowest dose for the shortest time. Like all NSAIDs it can irritate the stomach and, with long use, affect the kidneys and heart. Avoid it if you have had stomach ulcers, and do not take it with another anti-inflammatory painkiller.
