MOMETASONE FUROATE
Mometasone is a corticosteroid available as a nasal spray, skin cream and inhaler. It reduces inflammation in the area where it is applied.

- Nasal spray: allergic rhinitis and nasal congestion
- Cream: eczema and inflammatory skin conditions
- Inhaler: preventing asthma symptoms

- Nasal spray: mild nosebleeds or dryness
- Cream: skin thinning with long use

Precautions
Use mometasone as directed for the specific area – nasal, skin or inhaled preparations are not interchangeable. The nasal spray works best used regularly during the allergy season. For the cream, avoid the face and prolonged use unless your doctor advises.
