Ambac 1.5 gm injection is a penicillin antibiotic with a beta-lactamase inhibitor from Bosch Pharmaceuticals(pvt) Ltd. Its active ingredient is Ampicillin. Pack: 1.5gm injection.

Ampicillin is a broad spectrum penicillin antibiotic. It breaks down the wall that bacteria need to survive, and it is available as capsules, suspension and injection.

Ambac 1.5 gm injection is used to treat or manage:

Side Effects of Ambac 1.5 gm injection

Before You Use Ambac 1.5 gm injection

  • Let them know if you have kidney disease, glandular fever or take allopurinol, as these can affect treatment or increase the risk of rash.
  • Complete the full course prescribed, even if you start to feel better.
  • It is commonly used in pregnancy when needed, but tell your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Storage

Keep the injection in its carton to protect it from light, at the temperature printed on the pack. Do not use it if the liquid looks cloudy or discoloured, and keep it away from children.
