Ababon Chewable Tablets is a calcium and vitamin supplement for bone health from High Q International. Its active ingredients are Vitamin D3, Vitamin C and Vitamin B6. Pack: 30 chewable tablets.

Vitamin D3: Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) helps the body absorb calcium and keeps bones, muscles and the immune system working well. Vitamin C: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) supports the immune system, helps the body absorb iron, and is needed for healthy skin and healing. Vitamin B6: Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) helps the body use protein, make red blood cells and produce brain chemicals.

  • Vitamin D deficiency

Side Effects of Ababon Chewable Tablets

Most people tolerate it well, but some may notice:

  • Constipation
  • Bloating or wind
  • Nausea
  • Stomach discomfort

Before You Use Ababon Chewable Tablets

  • Tell your doctor if you have kidney stones, kidney disease, high calcium levels or sarcoidosis.
  • Vitamin K can affect how warfarin works, so do not take Ababon Chewable Tablets with warfarin unless your doctor agrees.
  • Calcium can reduce the absorption of thyroxine, iron, bisphosphonates and some antibiotics such as tetracyclines and quinolones, so take these at a different time of day.
  • Avoid taking other vitamin D or calcium supplements at the same time unless your doctor advises it.
  • It can be used in pregnancy and breastfeeding when recommended by your doctor.

Keep the tablets or capsules in the original strip or bottle, below 30°C and away from moisture and sunlight. Keep out of the reach of children.
