Precautions
Take chloroquine with food to reduce stomach upset. Long-term use for autoimmune conditions needs regular eye checks, as it can rarely affect the eyes. Keep it well away from children, as an overdose is dangerous. Malaria advice varies by region, so check with a doctor before travel.
