Precautions

Do not drive or use machinery until you know how it affects you, and avoid alcohol with it. It can affect the heart rhythm at higher doses, so tell your doctor about any heart condition or other medicines that do the same. Older adults are more prone to confusion and falls. It is meant for short courses, and persistent itching or anxiety deserves a proper assessment of the cause.
