Latanoprost is an eye drop that lowers the pressure inside the eye. It is a common first-choice treatment for glaucoma and is used once daily.

Precautions

Use latanoprost once a day, usually in the evening, exactly as directed, as steady use protects your sight over time. It can gradually change eye and lash colour, which may be permanent. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye, and remove contact lenses before use.
