- Sneezing, runny nose and itchy, watery eyes
- Seasonal and year-round allergic rhinitis
- Itchy skin and hives (urticaria)

- Mild drowsiness in some people
- Dry mouth
- Headache
Precautions
Levocetirizine causes little drowsiness for most people, but see how it affects you before driving, and avoid alcohol. If your allergy symptoms do not settle after a few days, or keep returning, speak to a doctor or pharmacist.
