MELOXICAM
Meloxicam is an anti-inflammatory painkiller (NSAID) taken once a day. It is used mainly for the ongoing joint pain and stiffness of arthritis.

Common Side Effects
- Indigestion or stomach discomfort
- Nausea
- Dizziness
Precautions
Take meloxicam with food and use the lowest dose that controls your symptoms, for the shortest time. Like all NSAIDs, long-term use can irritate the stomach and affect the kidneys and heart. Avoid it if you have had stomach ulcers, and do not combine it with another anti-inflammatory painkiller.
