Flotizol Cream is an antifungal cream containing clotrimazole, which stops fungi from growing on the skin. Read more on our Clotrimazole page.

What Flotizol Cream Is Used For

  • Ringworm (tinea corporis)
  • Athlete's foot
  • Jock itch (groin infection)
  • Fungal nappy rash and skin-fold infections

Side Effects

Not everyone gets side effects, but some people may notice:

  • Mild burning or stinging
  • Redness or itching where applied
  • Skin irritation (uncommon)

Get medical help straight away for signs of a serious allergic reaction, such as swelling of the face, difficulty breathing or a widespread rash.

Before You Use Flotizol Cream

  • Keep the area clean and dry, and continue for the full time advised even after the rash clears.
  • Avoid the eyes and mouth.
  • See a doctor if there is no improvement after two weeks.

Storage

Store below 30°C with the cap tightly closed. Do not freeze. Keep the tube or jar out of the reach of children.
