Inositolic Combi Capsule contains Folic Acid. It comes as a capsule.
Folic acid is a B vitamin needed to make healthy red blood cells. It is especially important before and during early pregnancy to protect the baby’s development.
Uses of Inositolic Combi Capsule
Inositolic Combi Capsule is used for:
- Preventing and treating folate-deficiency anaemia
- Before and during early pregnancy, to help prevent birth defects
- Support alongside some medicines that lower folate
Side Effects
Like all medicines, Inositolic Combi Capsule can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:
- Generally very well tolerated
- Occasional mild stomach upset
Tell your doctor if a side effect is severe or does not go away.
Precautions
If you are planning a pregnancy, folic acid is best started before conception – your doctor can advise the right strength for you. It is very safe, but tell your doctor about any other supplements so you do not double up. It does not replace a balanced diet.

How to Use
Take Inositolic Combi Capsule exactly as your doctor or pharmacist tells you. Swallow it with a glass of water. Do not change the dose or stop taking it on your own. Read the leaflet inside the pack before you start.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
