Headaches are common when starting and usually settle – do not stop the medicine on your own. This medicine prevents angina rather than relieving a sudden attack. Stand up slowly, and never combine nitrates with medicines for erectile dysfunction, as together they can dangerously drop blood pressure.
Tell your doctor about any other medicines or supplements you take, any allergies, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Take Isotime 60mg tablet exactly as your doctor or pharmacist tells you. Swallow it with a glass of water. Do not change the dose or stop taking it on your own. Read the leaflet inside the pack before you start.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
