It is given only by a cancer team, with blood tests before each cycle. Report fever or signs of infection at once. Tell your doctor about kidney problems or hearing changes, and avoid pregnancy during treatment.

Store as directed on the pack. Some injections need to be kept in a fridge, so check the label. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
