Uses of Lamudine 100mg tablet

Lamudine 100mg tablet is used for:

  • HIV infection, with other HIV medicines
  • Chronic hepatitis B

Side Effects

Like all medicines, Lamudine 100mg tablet can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:

  • Headache
  • Nausea
  • Tiredness
  • Diarrhoea

Tell your doctor if a side effect is severe or does not go away.

Precautions

Do not stop it suddenly, as hepatitis B can flare up badly. Tell your doctor about kidney problems. For HIV it must always be used with other HIV medicines.
