  3. Reduction of Risk of Recurrent DVT and PE: Oxaban 15mg Tablet may be prescribed for the prevention of recurrent deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) following initial treatment.

Dosage and Administration

Oxaban 15mg Tablet should be taken orally once daily with or without food, as directed by your healthcare provider.
