Methylprednisolone aceponate is a corticosteroid cream and ointment used for inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema. It reduces redness, swelling and itching.

Like all medicines, Predheal Cream 0.1% 10gm can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:

Apply it thinly to the affected area, once a day or as directed, and avoid the face and prolonged use unless your doctor advises. Do not use it under airtight dressings unless told. If the skin does not improve in the advised time, see a doctor.
Tell your doctor about any other medicines or supplements you take, any allergies, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Clean and dry the affected skin, then apply a thin layer as your doctor or pharmacist advised. Wash your hands afterwards unless your hands are being treated. For external use only. Read the leaflet inside the pack before you start.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
