Side Effects
Like all medicines, Tigasor 10mg capsule can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common ones include:
- Dry lips, mouth and eyes
- Peeling skin and nosebleeds
- Hair thinning
- Raised cholesterol or liver tests

Precautions
Acitretin causes serious birth defects. Women must not become pregnant during treatment and for 3 years after stopping. Avoid alcohol during treatment and for 2 months after, and do not donate blood. Blood tests for liver and cholesterol are needed.
Tell your doctor about any other medicines or supplements you take, any allergies, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
How to Use
Take Tigasor 10mg capsule exactly as your doctor or pharmacist tells you. Swallow it with a glass of water. Do not change the dose or stop taking it on your own. Read the leaflet inside the pack before you start.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
