Venu 10mg Tablet

Venu 10mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Vonoprazan. It is a medication belonging to the class of potassium-competitive acid blockers (P-CABs), used for the treatment of acid-related disorders of the stomach and esophagus. Vonoprazan works by inhibiting the proton pump responsible for acid secretion in the stomach, thereby reducing gastric acid production and providing relief from symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers, and other acid-related conditions.

Uses:

1. Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Venu 10mg Tablet is indicated for the treatment of GERD, a condition characterized by the reflux of stomach acid into the esophagus, leading to symptoms such as heartburn, regurgitation, and chest pain.
2. Peptic Ulcers: Vonoprazan is also used in the management of peptic ulcers, including gastric ulcers and duodenal ulcers. It helps to promote healing of the ulcer and prevent recurrence by reducing gastric acid production.

Side Effects:
