  3. Uncontrolled Angle-Closure Glaucoma: Vortioxetine should be used with caution or avoided in individuals with uncontrolled angle-closure glaucoma, a type of eye disorder.
  4. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: The safety of vortioxetine during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been well-established. It is essential to discuss the potential risks and benefits with a healthcare professional before using this medication during these periods.
  5. Children and Adolescents: Vortioxetine is generally not recommended for use in children and adolescents due to limited data on its safety and efficacy in this age group.
