IVABREX TABLET 5MG 30S

Ivabrex 5mg tablet contains Ivabradine, a medicine that slows the heart rate. It is used in certain heart conditions.

Uses:

1. Angina: Ivabrex reduces chest pain by slowing the heart rate and lowering the workload on the heart.
2. Chronic Heart Failure: It is used to ease symptoms and reduce hospital admissions, usually alongside other heart medicines.

Side Effects: Common side effects include temporary brightness or flashes in vision, a slow heart rate, dizziness, or headache.

When Not to Use:

1. Very Slow or Irregular Heart Rate: Do not use with certain slow or irregular heart rhythms.
2. Severe Low Blood Pressure: Avoid if your blood pressure is very low.
3. Hypersensitivity: Avoid if you are allergic to Ivabradine.

Take Ivabrex twice daily with meals as prescribed and do not stop it suddenly. Avoid grapefruit juice. Your doctor will monitor your heart rate during treatment.
