IVAGEN 5MG TABLET 28S

Ivagen 5mg tablet contains Ivabradine, a medicine that slows the heart rate. It is used in certain heart conditions.

Uses:

1. Angina: Ivagen reduces chest pain by slowing the heart rate and lowering the workload on the heart.
2. Chronic Heart Failure: It is used to ease symptoms and reduce hospital admissions, usually with other heart medicines.

Side Effects: Common side effects include temporary brightness in vision, a slow heart rate, dizziness, or headache.

When Not to Use:

1. Very Slow or Irregular Heart Rate: Do not use with certain slow or irregular heart rhythms.
2. Severe Low Blood Pressure: Avoid if your blood pressure is very low.
3. Hypersensitivity: Avoid if allergic to Ivabradine.

Take twice daily with meals as prescribed and do not stop suddenly. Avoid grapefruit juice. Your heart rate will be monitored during treatment.
