  • Effervescent tablets contain sodium, so check with your doctor if you are on a low-salt diet or have high blood pressure.
  • Calcium can reduce absorption of some antibiotics, thyroid medicines and iron, so leave a gap between them and ask your pharmacist for advice.
  • Do not take more than the recommended amount or combine it with other calcium supplements without advice.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C in the original pack. Do not use after the expiry date, and keep all medicines away from children.
