Encrylin 5mg Tablet contains the active ingredient Linagliptin. It belongs to a class of medications known as dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors.

Uses:

Encrylin 5mg Tablet is prescribed for:

• Managing blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: Linagliptin helps to control blood sugar levels by increasing the levels of incretin hormones, which stimulate the release of insulin and decrease the production of glucagon after meals.

Side Effects:

Common side effects of Encrylin 5mg Tablet may include:

• Headache
• Nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the nose and throat)
• Upper respiratory tract infection
• Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar), especially when combined with other diabetes medications like insulin or sulfonylureas

Precautions:

• Take Encrylin 5mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

When Not to Use:
