Fexet D Tablets
Fexet D Tablets is mainly prescribed for relieving allergies, hay fever, itching, hives and a runny or itchy nose. Your doctor may also recommend it for related conditions, but you should use it only for the purpose it was prescribed.
Used correctly, it relieves sneezing, itching, runny nose and allergic skin reactions.
The active ingredient is Fexofenadine. It blocks histamine, the chemical that causes allergy symptoms. This targeted action is what makes it effective for its approved uses.
Always take it exactly as your doctor prescribes. The right amount depends on your age, condition and response, so never increase, reduce or stop it on your own. If you are unsure, check the leaflet or ask your pharmacist.
Like all medicines, it may cause side effects in some people, such as mild drowsiness, dry mouth or headache (less with newer types). These are often mild and settle on their own, but seek medical advice if any are severe or persistent.
