Marhaba Ispaghol Husk 25gm is a natural fibre used to relieve constipation and keep bowel movements regular. Known locally as ispaghol, it is sometimes used to firm up loose stools as well. It is also used to boost daily fibre intake.

Ispaghula husk absorbs water in the gut and swells to form a soft, gel-like mass. This adds bulk to the stool and keeps it moist, which gently stimulates the bowel to move things along and makes stools easier to pass. It usually takes one to three days to work.
