PREDNIVATE CREAM 10GM

Prednivate cream contains Methylprednisolone Aceponate 0.1%, a topical corticosteroid. It is used to reduce inflammation, redness, and itching of the skin.

Uses:

1. Eczema and Dermatitis: Prednivate relieves the redness, swelling, and itching of eczema and dermatitis.
2. Inflammatory Skin Conditions: It calms flare-ups of other steroid-responsive skin problems.

Side Effects: When used correctly for short periods it is well tolerated. Long or excessive use can thin the skin, cause stretch marks, or local irritation.

When Not to Use:

1. Skin Infections: Do not apply to untreated bacterial, viral, or fungal skin infections.
2. Open Wounds or Acne: Avoid on broken skin, acne, or around the eyes unless advised.
3. Hypersensitivity: Avoid if you are allergic to the ingredient.

Apply a thin layer to the affected area once daily or as directed, and do not use for longer than advised. Wash your hands after use unless the hands are being treated.
