RAYAIR 10 MG TABLET contains Montelukast Sodium as its active ingredient. Mechanism of Action
Montelukast Sodium exerts its pharmacological effects by selectively antagonizing leukotriene receptors, specifically cysteinyl leukotriene receptors CysLT1. Uses

- Allergic Rhinitis: For the relief of symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis, including nasal congestion, sneezing, itching, and rhinorrhea, in adults and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older.
- Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction: For the prevention of exercise-induced bronchoconstriction in patients aged 6 years and older.
Dosage and Administration
The recommended dosage of RAYAIR 10 MG TABLET may vary depending on the patient’s age, condition, and response to treatment. It is usually taken orally, once daily in the evening, with or without food. It is important to follow the dosage instructions provided by the healthcare provider.
