Sitagliptin rarely causes low blood sugar on its own, but the risk rises if it is combined with other diabetes medicines. Tell your doctor at once about severe, lasting stomach pain, as inflammation of the pancreas has been reported. Your doctor may check kidney function during treatment.
Tell your doctor about any other medicines or supplements you take, any allergies, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Take Sitaglu 50mg Tablet 28s exactly as your doctor or pharmacist tells you. Swallow it with a glass of water. Do not change the dose or stop taking it on your own. Read the leaflet inside the pack before you start.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
