Irbesartan: Irbesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) that relaxes blood vessels to lower blood pressure. Hydrochlorothiazide: Hydrochlorothiazide is a water tablet (diuretic) that helps the body remove extra salt and fluid, which lowers blood pressure.

Before You Use ARBI-D 300 mg / 12.5 mg tablets

  • Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver disease, gout, diabetes or lupus, and about medicines such as lithium, potassium supplements and anti-inflammatory painkillers.
  • Get up slowly from sitting or lying, and take care in hot weather or if you have vomiting or diarrhoea, as you may become dehydrated.
  • Hydrochlorothiazide can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight, so use sun protection and have any unusual skin changes checked.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C in the original pack. Do not use after the expiry date, and keep all medicines away from children.
