Vitamin C: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) supports the immune system, helps the body absorb iron, and is needed for healthy skin and healing. Vitamin E: Vitamin E (tocopherol) is a fat-soluble antioxidant.

Side Effects of Nitrovit Sachet

Most people tolerate it well, but some may notice:

  • Mild stomach upset or nausea
  • Bloating
  • Diarrhoea
  • Headache

Get medical help straight away for signs of a serious reaction, such as swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing or a severe rash.

Before You Use Nitrovit Sachet

  • Tell your doctor if you take blood pressure medicines, nitrates for angina or medicines such as sildenafil, as L-arginine may lower blood pressure further.
  • L-arginine is not advised for people who have recently had a heart attack, so check with your doctor if you have heart disease.
  • Let your doctor know if you have kidney or liver disease, or diabetes.
  • Avoid taking other zinc-containing supplements at the same time unless advised.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, use Nitrovit Sachet only on your doctor’s advice.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C. Keep sachets sealed until use and protect them from moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
