LIPIGET EZ 40/10 MG TABLET

Lipiget EZ 40/10mg tablet contains Atorvastatin (40mg) and Ezetimibe (10mg). It is used to lower high cholesterol.

Uses:

1. High Cholesterol: It lowers LDL (bad) cholesterol using two actions: the statin reduces cholesterol production and ezetimibe reduces its absorption from food.
2. Heart Protection: Lowering cholesterol helps reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.

Side Effects: Common side effects include muscle aches, headache, or stomach upset. Report any unexplained muscle pain or weakness.

When Not to Use:

1. Liver Disease: Avoid in active liver disease.
2. Pregnancy: Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
3. Hypersensitivity: Avoid if allergic to either ingredient.

Take once daily, with or without food. Continue a healthy diet and exercise. Your doctor may check your cholesterol and liver from time to time.
