Ivabradine slows the heart rate to ease the heart’s workload. It is used for angina and certain types of heart failure.

- Slow heartbeat
- Headache
Precautions
Some people notice brief flashes of brightness in their vision, which are harmless and usually settle. Ivabradine is taken with food, twice a day. Tell your doctor about any very slow heartbeat, dizziness or fainting. Do not stop it on your own.
