Tramadol is a prescription painkiller for moderate to severe pain that milder painkillers cannot control. It is prescribed carefully and for as short a time as possible.

Before You Use Calfina Plus 37.5mg/325mg tablet

  • Do not take any other product containing paracetamol at the same time, as too much paracetamol can seriously damage the liver.
  • Tell your doctor if you have epilepsy, breathing problems, liver or kidney disease, or take antidepressants, as some combinations raise the risk of fits or serotonin syndrome.
  • Avoid alcohol, sleeping pills and other sedatives, and do not drive if you feel drowsy or dizzy.
  • It is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children under 12.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C in the original pack. Do not use after the expiry date, and keep all medicines away from children.
