Carlep 400mg tablet contains Eslicarbazepine Acetate, an anti-epileptic medicine. It is used to control certain types of seizures.
Uses
- Epilepsy: It helps control partial (focal) seizures, alone or with other anti-epileptic medicines.
- Seizure Prevention: Regular use helps reduce how often seizures occur.
Side Effects
Common side effects include dizziness, drowsiness, headache, nausea, or double vision.
When Not to Use
- Hypersensitivity: Avoid if allergic to Eslicarbazepine or related medicines.
- Heart Rhythm Problems: Tell your doctor if you have heart conduction problems.
