FOLIC ACID (HERBIOTICS) 400MCG

Folic Acid (Herbiotics) contains Folic Acid 400mcg, a B vitamin. It supports healthy cell growth and is important before and during pregnancy.

Uses:

1. Pregnancy Support: Folic acid supports healthy development in early pregnancy and helps prevent certain birth defects.
2. Red Blood Cell Formation: It supports the formation of healthy red blood cells and helps prevent one type of anaemia.

Side Effects: Folic acid is very well tolerated and side effects are rare.

When Not to Use:

1. Vitamin B12 Deficiency: Tell your doctor, as folic acid alone can mask a B12 deficiency.
2. Hypersensitivity: Avoid if allergic to folic acid.

Take one tablet daily or as directed. If you are planning pregnancy, follow your doctor advice on starting folic acid early.
