Melacur Cream 15gm is used for melasma and freckles. Use it exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has advised, and do not use it for longer than recommended.

How Melacur Cream 15gm works

Arbutin is a skin-lightening ingredient that reduces melanin production, gradually fading dark spots and uneven skin tone.

Glycolic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid that gently exfoliates the top layer of skin, helping the other ingredients work and improving skin texture.

Kojic acid reduces the production of melanin by blocking the enzyme tyrosinase, which helps dark patches to fade.

Hydroquinone blocks tyrosinase, an enzyme that skin cells need to make melanin, the pigment that gives skin its colour. With less new melanin being produced, darkened patches slowly fade as the skin naturally renews itself.

Possible side effects

Most people use this product without problems. Some may notice:

Precautions
