Do not stop metoprolol suddenly, as this can strain the heart – the dose is reduced gradually by your doctor. It can make you dizzy at first, so stand up slowly. Tell your doctor if you have asthma, breathing problems or diabetes.
Tell your doctor about any other medicines or supplements you take, any allergies, and if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Take Mepresor Tablets 100mg exactly as your doctor or pharmacist tells you. Swallow it with a glass of water. Do not change the dose or stop taking it on your own. Read the leaflet inside the pack before you start.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, as directed on the pack. Keep out of the reach of children and do not use after the expiry date.
